Instead of explaining the benefit with a voiceover, we chose to visualize it through moments that everyone instinctively understands.

We opened with a direct question on screen. “How does cashback feel?” The answer came through visuals; fresh wind on the face, a leap into the sea, the snap of a skateboard mid-air. These weren’t just aesthetic choices. Each moment symbolized a sudden burst of satisfaction. That instant when something just works. That rush of a small but real reward.

While the energy carried a lifestyle feel, the functionality stayed clear. We visualized the steps in a quick, understandable sequence: buy a product, upload your receipt through BanaBak, and get your cashback to your IBAN. These moments were supported with clean graphic prompts to avoid confusion and keep attention on the benefit.
